We believe that everyone has something unique to offer. We offer a variety of ministries and programs designed to help you grow in your faith and explore new possibilities.
There's nothing like a Fall Bazaar, full of food, crafts, a bake sale, and lots of enjoyable moments that all benefit wonderful area causes.
The Waukee United Women of Faith are continuing the tradition of this wonderful bazaar by offering a delicious, homemade meal to our community, while offering bake sale and handcrafted items for purchase. The Chicken Noodle Dinner will include mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and dessert. The cost of the meal is $10 for adults, $5 for kids (3-12), and children 2 and under are free. (Checks, cash, QR code for credit/debit will be accepted at the event.) You're welcome to eat here or take it home with you.
Please RSVP with the button below.
The cause? Beyond having great food and fellowship, all meal tickets, bake sale/craft purchases, and donations help support these organizations:
-Supported YMCA Housing
-Dorothy’s House
-Families Forward (Formerly Bidwell)
-Waukee United Methodist Church Prayer Garden
The Season of Advent is coming quickly. Advent this year begins on Sunday, December 1. We several events planned through the season, including a winter concert from Vox and Cocoa and Carols. All of this will culminate in Christmas Eve on Tuesday, December 24, when we will gather to celebrate the birth of Christ. We hope you will make plans to join us and invite someone in your life!
Help us spread joy through singing Christmas carols to those in Deerfield and Walnut Ridge on Sunday, December 15. We are gathering at the church at 3 PM, carpooling to bless residents with carols, then are returning back to the church for cocoa and sweets. Cocoa is provided. Please bring something sweet to share.
Fill out your connect card, join us in prayer, or make a gift.
